Those of us in the know (so that'd be everyone then) are aware that the British summertime is the Puck of our seasons. There, somewhere, probably causing trouble, definitely not doing what it's supposed to be doing. We've been making iced tea on the road and at Tea HQ every summer since we started. We officially started selling our iced tea blend when we finally adopted the mantra that Spring and Summer are great times for iced tea, no matter the weather, and we're pleased to report that a few of you are right there with us.
So here's to you, the wet BBQers, the pitching-a-tent-in-rainrods experts, those rocking the mac-and-shorts look - we're a small camp, but the craic is mighty and the tea is amazing. Cheers. We're hoping to get on the road sampling our wares, so keep an eye out in the Brew Times for updates.
For those of you new to Brew, welcome aboard. As it's the summer, the first thing you'll need to know is that come rain or shine, it's iced tea time. What's in store for the season?, As well as our classic Cold Brew blend, we've got a stack of recipes that will help you turn your golden, malty ambrosia into something a bit different (perhaps even with a splash of gin) so you can enjoy a bit of the golden hour every day.
Get kitted out | Our Cold Brew Lemon & Lime blend is available from 14th May, in either pitcher packs designed to be made in any jug, or in loose leaf for those of you who already have our Tea Pot For Two. Keep an eye out in your order for a special-edition summer badge (with an extra-special one for some very lucky Drinkers), pack all your summer essentials in an amazing tote and check out the Brew Times for some tea cocktail prizery next month.
Earn Brew Coins | We love your Brewtime pictures, so send them to us, and the ones we feature in the Brew Times get £5 Brew Coins so you can keep yourself in tea and we can enjoy your summery snaps.
