G & Tea

If everyone has gone home at the end of the BBQ you only need a wee bit of tea, a glug of gin and juice, and you're in for a treat. Something to sip with a best mate in the kitchen at the end of a long hot day, probably with the same twelve songs from when you were eighteen playing on a loop. Cheers to that.

How to make G & Tea (the only tea pun we'll ever make)

How To Make It:

1 Add 1 pitcher tea bag (or 4 scoops of loose leaf tea) to a Tea Pot For Two with 800ml of boiling water.
2 Leave it to brew for 5 minutes.
3 Remove the tea bag, or strain into a pitcher to remove the leaves (if using loose leaf). Leave it to cool.
4 Pour 100ml of brewed tea into your serving glass.
5 Add 50ml of London Dry Gin (we like Penhros Spirits Dry Gin), 50ml of lemon juice, 50ml sugar syrup & ice.
6 Garnish with a sprig of Rosemary & slices of lemon & lime.
