WHO IS BREW TEA COMPANY?

First off, hello! Brew Tea Company was started by Aideen and Phil in Liverpool back in 2012. Since then, we’ve added a few more folks and moved to a new Tea HQ in Manchester. We’re in the business of rolled, whole leaves, and giving you the best cup of tea going.

CAN I VISIT TEA HQ?

Sadly not right now. We will be back though - once times are a little better.

HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE YOU'RE DOING THE RIGHT THING?

Glad you asked. We’re a proud B Corp, committed to ‘using business as a force for good’. We only work with Ethical Tea Partnership Growers. We’re Rainforest Alliance Certified. Our Packaging is plastic-free & our bags are compostable. So we’ve got you covered. We’ll soon be launching a batch look up so you’ll be able to see exactly where your box of tea was grown and sourced. Watch this space.

MY ORDER IS A GIFT.

HOW DO I CHANGE SOMETHING ON AN ORDER I’VE JUST PLACED?

Just get in touch - email us at hello@brewteacompany.co.uk or give us a quick call on 0161 872 7583 and we’ll do our best to change what we can.

CAN I RETURN SOMETHING IF I DON’T LIKE IT?

Yes, as long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery. Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

The lot. You can pay by credit or debit card {Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex}, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay. We’ve got you covered. That being said, you can’t pay for subscriptions via PayPal. Sorry about that. So make sure you’ve got your card to hand.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? {UK}

We don't like to keep you waiting, so we send all orders placed before 5pm on the same day. Your parcels should arrive in 1-2 working days, but sometimes it’s a little longer. If it’s been more than 8 working days, let us know & we’ll sort you out. If you’ve opted for extra speedy DPD, it’ll be with you the next working day.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? {UK}

For UK orders, it’s free when your final order total is £20 or above. For orders above £75, it’s free DPD next working day. For any orders below £20, we’ll add a standard £3.95 onto your order at the checkout to cover the shipping.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, absolutely. We ship all over the world. Sometimes the shipping can pose an issue, so if that’s you, just shoot us an email & we’ll sort it for you. hello@brewteacompany.co.uk We charge £15 a box to most countries - as a guide we can fit roughly £50-60 worth of tea in one box, but it’s not an exact science. So give us a shout if you want to know what you can fit in yours.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? {INTERNATIONAL}

It depends on where you are in the world. If you’re in Europe, your order will take around 2-7 working days. If you’re further afield, allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

WILL THERE BE EXTRA CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

When ordering from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are charged once the order reaches the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot forecast what they may be so we'd always recommend contacting your local customs for more information before placing an order.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE AN ACCOUNT?

Just sign up on our site to manage your orders, subscriptions, and Brew Coins. Make sure you use the same email you’ve ordered with before, and it’ll link your account. New to Brew? Sign up and start collecting Brew Coins on every order. Brilliant.

HOW DO I SET UP A SUBSCRIPTION?

Head to the ‘Subscribe’ page. Choose your blend. Choose how often. Choose when to start. Checkout & we’ll do the rest. Sit back and enjoy tea deliveried straight to your door.

HOW DO I EDIT MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Easy peasy. Make sure you’ve activated your account - you’ll need one to change your subscription yourself. Then just log in, head to ‘Subscriptions’ under your account, click edit, and away you go. Or give us a shout & we’ll do it for you - hello@brewteacompany.co.uk

WHAT ARE BREW COINS?

Brew Coins are our rewards scheme. Every £1 you spend on an order with us gets you 1 Brew Coin. You can use them again for money off future orders (10 Brew Coins = £1 off). Spend them little by little, or save them up for a whopping discount.

HOW DO I SPEND MY BREW COINS?

For normal orders, just log in and head to checkout. Use the ‘Brew Coins Slider’ to take off the money & you’re good to go. Just remember to keep the total value above £15 to avoid the shipping charge. For subscriptions, you will need a code. Head to our ‘Brew Coins’ page and click to redeem either £5 or £10. Then just go to your subscription and click ‘edit’. Paste the code into the discount box and away you go.
