Shipping is free over £25 (£3.95 below £25). Place your order before 5pm and we'll ship it that same day (Mon-Fri). It'll go Tracked Next Day with Royal Mail, unless you need DHL Next Day which is £10. International is little different, click here.
As long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery.

Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.

400ml is perfect for 5g of loose leaf tea. If you're using a tea bag, 300ml is bang on. Brewing this one is all about finding just how you like it. Try brewing for 3-4 minutes black, or 4-5 minutes with milk.

Brewing Tip

Your tea will start tasting bitter if it’s left to brew for too long so if you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves.

    Best tea

    I love Brew Tea’s English Breakfast. I’ve got the bags (good serving of tea and a decent size bag to allow it to swish around whilst brewing) for a quick drink and the loose tea for a more leisurely brew at the weekend. Strong flavour for a proper builders cup of tea. Wouldn’t be without. I subscribe for regular deliveries and whenever I’ve had to speak to customer service they have been unfailingly speedy and helpful. And based in Manchester too, which is of course the best city in the world.

    Real leaves,real tea taste

    This breakfast tea is sooo good, once brewed you can see actual leaf, not powder, and it tastes great. I buy the teabags as they are convenient and recyclable, like the packaging -though the paper has wrapped quite a few presents!!!

    Lovely tea

    Great flavoured tea. Love it as my first cup of the day but equally as a pick me up at anytime. Highly recommend this tea
