If you're a fan of oaked wine or whisky, this will be your new favourite. This black Chinese tea has been smoked for dark, earthy goodness. It’s still fairly light and ever-so-slightly sweet, so you'll be able to reach for it a bit earlier in the day than your usual tipple.

400ml is perfect for 5g of loose leaf Lapsang tea. If you're using a tea bag, 300ml is bang on.
Your tea will start tasting bitter if it’s left to brew for too long so if you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves. If you want to play around with the smoke, add a pinch of Lapsang to our English Breakfast or another strong black tea. The result is magical.
