It’s somehow That Time Of Year again. Only weeks to go. You might have snuck the first mince pie in. Christmas shopping could be creeping onto the horizon.
Before it gets too close, here are the answers to all of your burning questions.

What’s the cut off for same-day dispatch?
5pm Monday-Friday.
What about the weekend?
If you place your order after 5pm on Friday, we’ll ship it on Monday.
When will it arrive?
We send your orders out with EVRi next day delivery. As long as you've ordered before 5pm you should get your order next working day.
I’ve paid for DHL shipping - when will I get my parcel?
The next working day as long as the order was placed before 5pm. If you order on the weekend, we’ll ship it out on Monday and it’ll arrive Tuesday.
Can I get my order gift-wrapped?
Absolutely. In fact, from mid-November we’ll send every parcel out wrapped in our Christmassy print. No need to do anything. Including battling with the sticky tape.
I’m sending it direct - can I add a gift message?
Of course. Fill out the ‘Leave a message’ box on the trolley page and we’ll hand-write your note on our festive postcards. If you miss it or forget, don’t panic. Shoot us an email at hello@brewteacompany.co.uk and we’ll add it in for you.
How do I make sure they don’t see where it’s from?
Let us know if you want a plain gift box. You can choose this by ticking the checkbox when you're checking out. Shoot us an email at hello@brewteacompany.co.uk if you want to double, triple or quadruple check. Zero risk of an accidental *scrooge* moment on our end. They’ll be none the wiser.
When’s the last chance to order for Christmas?
In the UK?
The deadline is 5pm on Wednesday 20th December for all orders sent with EVRi. If you spend over £75, we'll give you DHL next working day shipping for free. If your order is less, you can still pay £10 for DHL next day shipping too.
International?
You lucky thing.
Order by 5pm on Friday 1st December to be safe.

Last year there were some hefty delays, particularly for international shipments. It’s worth bearing this in mind for any tea orders, and getting them in as early as you can. If you’re not sure or have any trouble with your order, just give us a shout & we can help. No waiting around for the postie on Christmas eve.
Can I use Brew Coins on Christmas promotions?
Yes but as they work like a discount they reduce the value of your order. This means that your order may drop below the free shipping threshold (£20) or the threshold for a promotion. Keep this in mind. We suggest you apply just the right amount of Coins to keep your order at the level which qualifies for promotions and free shipping.
We'll be reviewing how this all works next year. Trying to come up with some work arounds to make Brew Coins more flexible. Right now we're a bit stuck. Our clout as a small business is pretty limited with some of these e-commerce Goliaths who help us process your orders. Bear with us and know that we're always on the case to make things better.
